16 Hour Oak Halal Smoked Prime Beef Brisket by Cattle Express - Dinner for 12+ couldn't be easier.
This premium brisket has been cooked by Cattle Express who are taking the UK BBQ scene by storm! They supply some of the finest smokehouses across the UK with pre-smoked meats. Chances are, if you've been to a smokehouse recently, then you may have already tried some. Why not bring it to the convenience of your own home?
Simple 4 step reheating instructions:
1. Defrost in fridge for 36 hours prior to cooking
2. Remove packaging and place 200g cold butter on top of the brisket
3. Wrap in foil
4. Place in oven at 180C until when fork tender, approx 1.5 hours, there should be little to no resistance - slice and serve!
