These cattle live happy and stress-free lives, as nature intended. They are raised on a diet of grass for 200 days and are then finished on grain for 100 days resulting in fantastic marbling throughout.

This item will be sent out Frozen & may thaw slightly during transit. If the core is still frozen, it can be re-frozen. Note if fully thawed, keep refrigerated & consume within three days.
